Susan Ma works for San Francisco’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD) as the Business Development Manager for production, distribution, and repair (PDR) businesses. It’s OEWD’s goal to help businesses start, stay, and grow in the City. This sector is particularly important to Susan as both her parents worked in manufacturing. Outside of her day job, Susan occasionally homebrews porters and stouts, but she really enjoys tasting the creations of the pros.
