As Pacific Community Venture’s (PCV) Associate Director of Lending, Carly Perera manages the organization’s loan fund for California small businesses, assisting companies grow with access to capital and high caliber advice. She is particularly passionate about helping companies that are hiring and supporting the creation of quality jobs.
Prior to PCV, Carly worked with Mission Asset Fund, C.E.O. Women, and Centro Community Partners where she assisted immigrant and women entrepreneurs access training, technical assistance, and capital. Carly holds a B.S. in Community Development from UC Davis and an MBA from the Lokey School of Business at Mills College in Oakland, CA.
