Using social media to promote your business can be a great tool, but it can also cause a lot of headaches. In this workshop you will learn which platform(s) to use and when, posting frequency for efficiency, how to react to negative comments, understanding customer conversions on different platforms, and strategies for keeping up with the latest apps / technology.
