Retailers in San Francisco are dealing with a rapidly changing landscape as a result of low unemployment, new laws, and evolving demographics. This workshop will include innovators in the retail sector to discuss trends and solutions for small businesses to adapt with the times and increase profit. Comprehensively learn about products and tools to build your brand, drive people in the door, battle the staffing crisis, and track customer/inventory activity on a limited budget. Topics discussed will include retail staffing solutions, social media marketing, staff training, store experience, and POS systems.

All programs are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis. Reasonable arrangements for persons with disabilities will be made, if requested at least 2 weeks in advance. For more information, contact info@sfsmallbusinessweek.com.
